Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Hardware

  Securely pack the item in its original retail packaging, ensuring all screws, brackets, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Ssupd

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package to our designated inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
